I don’t normally ask for this
It’s a broken record.
For years, women come to me feeling guilty, like they should’ve figured out their problem on their own. Why did I lift so much? Why did I workout so hard during pregnancy? Why didn’t someone tell me not to run a month after my daughter was born? Why didn’t I know sex wasn’t supposed to hurt & leakage wasn’t normal? Why didn’t I know about my organs falling out, my abs splitting open or how to prevent leakage?
Sometimes I’m the very 1st person to let them know that they are not alone; that tons of women have had the same issues that they do. These women found answers. They found the light at the end of the tunnel.
It’s time to stop the cycle & I need your help.

I need you to step up.
Your story is important. It is proof of existence & life on the other side. I’m on a mission to help share stories (anonymously of course) so women don’t feel like they’re alone anymore. Women need to know there is hope and a pathway forward.
Finding a connection, a moment…something that sounds like what you’re going through; sometimes that’s all it takes to make a difference. Hearing another person’s experience, putting into words exactly what you’ve been going through…sometimes that’s all it takes.
