Today I speak with Dr. Ellie Somers, a physical therapist from Sisu, Washington, who aims to empower women by helping them get active again. By giving women autonomy in their return to run journey, Ellie takes into account all of the nuances that is present in each person’s situation. She helps women set attainable goals while also giving them authority to shape their own experience. Ellie uses her experience as a coach to really connect with and lead her physical therapy clients on their journeys.
