Mind, Body & Advocacy with Kimberley Johnson

As a former professional cyclist, Kimberly has dealt with her fair share of injuries. We talk about how those experiences relate to her postpartum recovery and what other moms can learn from their past experiences. Kimberly is able to take her own postpartum experiences into her PhD studies in psychology, helping her to recognize this unseat need in the industry.
