How I treat:
Appointments are 1:1 in our comfortable and private clinic space. I have space dedicated to movement as well as manual therapy treatment. New baby? Feel free to bring the little one along (as long as you’re comfortable) or opt for a home visit, available upon request.
I also offer virtual telehealth visits (Virginia only) or if you’re out of state, virtual consultations are available as well.
Why I am different
A smart four year old once told me that “if you don’t ask, the answer is always no.” So please ask. Can I go back to running? Can I go back to CrossFit? In most cases the answer is going to be yes, let’s figure out how.
My job is to take a look at your complaint, get it all out on the table, walk around it, look at it from all angles, figure out what you’ve tackled, where we need to bring in support, and what the most viable path is to getting you back to doing what you want to do. That may be getting back to your sport, having pain-free intercourse, staying dry when you’re running after your kids or not being afraid to leave your home because of loss of bowel and bladder control.
I use the latest in evidence to help guide our clinical decision making and work with you as a primary member of your healthcare team to get you back to life again.
