In this episode, I sit down Emma Brockwell, a pelvic health physiotherapist who treats women of all ages with all women’s health-related conditions. She is also the pelvic health physiotherapist for many of the Women’s Football Super League clubs, as well as consulting for FIFA and the Netball Super League.
She co-founded The Athletic Female, an online education program for anyone working with female athletes. Emma also co-authored the UK’s first Return to Running Postnatal Guidelines, and wrote her own book, Why Did No One Tell Me?
