Today I speak with Lauren Engler, a mom of two girls and a former elementary school teacher, she now works as a pediatric sleep consultant. She was inspired to become a sleep consultant after dealing with sleep struggles with her first daughter. After working with a sleep consultant for her daughter, she knew she needed to become one to help other parents. Lauren talks about what she sees with parents and common struggles they face. She tells us about her own experiences with both of her children and how each was different!
