Today I speak with Courtney Edgecomb, a pelvic physical therapist who empowers her clients to keep their pants dry, have pleasurable sex, poop well, and heal pelvic pain. Recently, she has started working with more complex cases in postpartum runners. She uses her passion for running and her history in orthopedics to help postpartum runners with their pelvic floor problems. We hear how Courtney’s past experiences and training has influenced how she treats patients and offers them well-rounded care.
