Today I speak with Kate Johnson, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer who works 1:1 providing customized programming for athletes and core/pelvic floor considerations. She’s also a Pregnancy & Postpartum Coach at Street Parking. Kate share her story of returning to the gym after an emergency c-section with her first son and feeling like there was something wrong with her because of the symptoms she was experiencing. During her second pregnancy, she connected with Brianna Battles, and that changed the trajectory of her life.
Since then she has worked with 100s of people to help them educate and navigate their core/pelvic health regardless of what season of life they are in.
