Today I speak with Neely Gracey, a mom, coach, author, and pro runner. Neely is the founder and coach of Get Running which she founded in 2013. She co-authored a book that was released earlier this year called Breakthrough Women’s Running. Neely has qualified for 3 Olympic trials and is training for her fourth! She was the top American at the 2016 Boston Marathon where she ran 2:35 and finished 9th over all.
Her mission is supporting others to get running towards their goals with personalized training plans. As a long time runner, coach, mother, and now author her passion to support other female runners is at an all time high. She’s done this through coaching for years but the book has given her the ability to extend that outreach even broader.
She shares so many lessons she has learned as a mother runner. You don’t want to miss this interview!
We talk about:
-how she because a professional runner
