Today I am speaking with Virginia Kinkel, trainer and bikini competitor, about lessons we learn as new moms. After earning a degree in kinesiology from the University of Maryland, she and her husband opened the first location of their gym Bodymass. She talks to us about her experience competing in different divisions within tToday I am speaking with Celeste Goodson a medical exercise specialist of ReCORE Fitness. A runner herself, she works with runners to help them strengthen their core before they return to running. She works with may elite and Olympic athletes to help them gain core strength.
