Today I am speaking with Virginia Kinkel, trainer and bikini competitor, about lessons we learn as new moms. After earning a degree in kinesiology from the University of Maryland, she and her husband opened the first location of their gym Bodymass. A runner herself, she works with runners to help them strengthen their core before they return to running. She works with may elite and Olympic athletes to help them gain core strength.
